Jonathon Blais, ‘The Warrior Poet’, who made the log-roll finish famous and brought attention to the plight of those suffering with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig’s finally succumbed to the disease on Sunday evening.

I was browsing the Ironman Brazil results and I saw Nina Kraft in 16th place overall and first woman with amazing 9:12:40 (a new course record as well).
