4 clients + 3 races = 4 PBs: Ironman Austria, Ironman Zurich, Challenge Roth

13th July, 2008, offered an amazing opportunity - three of the biggest European Ironman distance races (Ironman Austria, Ironman Zurich and Challenge Roth) took place and four of my triathlon coaching clients have completed all of them with success. All four of them have achieved their personal bests *:

New Women’s Ironman World Record - Yvonne Van Vlerken: 8:45:48

I am still in Klagenfurt which celebrated the new Woman’s Ironman World Record set by first woman: 8:47:26 by Sandra Wallenhorst. However Yvonne Van Vlerken has even bettered that record almost at the same time of day few hundred kilometers - she did 8:45:48 in Challenge Roth 2008.
