New Women’s Ironman World Record - Yvonne Van Vlerken: 8:45:48

I am still in Klagenfurt which celebrated the new Woman’s Ironman World Record set by first woman: 8:47:26 by Sandra Wallenhorst. However Yvonne Van Vlerken has even bettered that record almost at the same time of day few hundred kilometers - she did 8:45:48 in Challenge Roth 2008.

Challenge France

Another race in Challenge Series… Challenge France will consist of 1.9k swim 90k bike and 21k run and will take place on May 25, 2008 near Strasbourg, France in a small ville of Niederbronn les Bains.

Challenge series vs Ironman series

I am doing Quelle Challenge Roth this year. Whenever they mention this race they spoke about Challenge series of races. I never heard of any other race but Roth. Until now.
