Last weekend I visited Stellenbosch and stayed over at Dan Hugo’s (dghugo.com) place. We did a brick together on Saturday during which I super dehydrated, but the next day I had an awesome 4 hour bike on the rolling roads just outside Stellenbosch.
Even though Ironman 70.3 is called Ironman I will always look at it as a different sport, or even a different universe. Just as half-maraton and marathon are only similar in that they are both running and have similar names, also Ironman 70.3 and Ironman (140.6) are totally different kinds of challenges.
