Natasha Badmann shows perfect form and sets world record

Natasha Badmann is not my favorite type but I must admit can only remain in awe of her achievement and fighting spirit. I watched her dominate at Ironman South Africa in March and inspite of no competition to chase her the 6 time Ironman World Champion still pushed herself to an awesome result of 09:20:57.

Few weeks ago I have been surprised when I read that Andy Potts (USA), an ex-swimmer and an ITU world cup triathlete, has won the Ironman 70.3 California. And not only did he win it but he won it with the second fastest run.
