Suggestion: invite your triathlon and other friends and family, connect to Ironman.com, make a nice dinner, maybe get drunk a bit (not too much, you have to cycle/run well on Sunday morning) and have a great evening virtually cheering for Ironman competitors at Kona, Hawaii.
