It is not obvious but Ironman South Africa is one of the tougher races you can do. I have not done any other Ironman races yet but I am sure of this. Lanzarote and UK and Zurich have the hills and maybe some wind, but the Port Elizabeth combination of waves, hills and killer wind [...]
