Muscle and food aditive links

A simple list of exercises and muscle groups, I saw this website ages ago and just found it again on another tri blog.

Good list of additives. Its good to avoid most of them in food, during endurance training athletes consume much more food than average person (for example average person needs about 2000-2500 kCal while Ironman athlete might consume up to and even more than 4000kCal a day). Since athletes eat more it also means they consume much more additives. Average person consumes about 1kg a year of aditives, an athlete could consume much more.

So it is good to pay little more attention.
